I just passed my teacher certification test through ITEACHTexas. I will be looking for a teaching job that I can commute to from Granbury. Rick is plant manager for General Chemical in Midlothian. He is driving back and forth everyday.
In the past 21 years, we have lived in Hereford, Tx, Scottsbluff, Nebraska, and now Granbury, Tx.
I am so glad to be back in Texas where I don't have to talk about my Texas accent everyday. I do miss the change of seasons that we saw in Nebraska though. I definitely liked the summer there better than here.
My Mom and Dad are still in the same house in Dimmitt. Mom and Dad had a rough year in 2009 with their health but seem to be making progress in the positive direction. Kallie has been in remission from leukemia for 19 years now and off treatment for 16. Becca is the spirited child of the two. We have been truly blessed. |

My oldest-Kallie in Delta Zeta Sorority at Stephen F Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Kallie's dog Zorro - our neighbor gave him to Kallie as a graduation gift. I sent a daughter to school and got a dog in return. HA!
My youngest Becca - Rick keeps a big stick by the door to keep the boys in line.
